With Kangatraining, you can embrace the challenges of new motherhood while taking care of your body and mind. You will experience the joy of exercising with your baby by your side in a fun and supportive environment.

Kangatraining covers floor/core work, pelvic floor work, strength tracks, dance tracks for aerobic fitness, and Safe Babywearing.

It’s a really fun class to participate in!

About the tutor

Carly is a local pre and post-natal trainer whose passion for women’s help and fitness lead her to Kangatraining sagger her second child. Searching for a movement style that incorporated bubs, yet was challenging and supportive was the goal, and then Carly found Kanga! Having been a Kanga trainer for a couple of years, it really is a highlight in her week connecting with clients and the community and providing such a valuable service for new parents.
