Join us for “Wonton Three Ways,” where you’ll learn to craft delicate, flavour-packed dumplings and explore three unique and delicious preparations. Perfect for any skill level, this class offers step-by-step guidance on folding techniques, cooking methods, and flavour pairings. By the end of this engaging class, you’ll have the skills and confidence to recreate these crowd-pleasers at home.

We will be making:

  1. Garlic Chilli Oil Steamed Wontons – Soft and succulent wontons steamed to perfection and drizzled with a homemade garlic chilli oil for a punch of heat and umami.
  2. Deep-Fried Wontons with Chilli Mayo – Crispy golden wontons filled with savory goodness, paired with a creamy, spicy chilli mayo dipping sauce.
  3. Wonton Noodle Soup – A comforting and healthy bowl of broth brimming with tender wontons, fresh noodles, and vibrant greens.

With a deep-rooted passion for food and a love for bringing people together, Kate Ngo is dedicated to teaching the art of cooking and baking in a fun, interactive way. For seven years, Kate ran a successful baking business specialising in macarons, custom-made cookies, cakes, and desserts for all occasions. Her enthusiasm for creating wholesome yet visually stunning dishes shines through in every recipe.
