Would you like to enjoy produce all year round by making jams, chutneys, and sauces? This is perfect for you!
Learn the basics of preserving, starting from scratch including the use of sugar, salt, and vinegar.
During this class, you will make 2 jams from in-season fruit, and a seasonal fruit chutney as well as learn lots of tips and tricks to help you on your way to preserving at home.

About the tutor
Therese Slee is a home baker who loves to bake biscuits, cakes, and scones. She enjoys sharing her recipes and shortcuts with others.
Therese’s passion for baking was put into action when she and her husband Michael ran a B&B in Newport, where guests were always provided with home-baked goodies to enjoy with a cuppa. Recently, Therese has become a devotee of all things Devonshire Tea – a lovely way to spend an afternoon.
