About the tutor

Thi Thai Do has been practicing Tai Chi for over twelve years, with a strong focus on both the Yang and Chen styles. She is skilled in a wide range of forms, including bare hands, sword, sabre, fan, umbrella, and walking stick. With four years of teaching experience, Thai is committed to guiding her students through Tai Chi’s gentle yet powerful movements—helping them relax, improve their technique, and enjoy the journey.

Having personally experienced the transformative health benefits of Tai Chi, she is passionate about sharing its positive impact with the broader community. Her dedication and skill have been recognized in competition: she earned two gold medals and one silver at the May 2024 Tai Chi competition, and went on to win four gold medals at an international event in October 2024.
