Come and join a hands-on experience and discover the art of making Min Jiang Kueh and Kanom Krok in this interactive workshop.

Learn to create this delightful Min Jiang Kueh(also known as Ban Jian Kueh or Apam Balik), a South-East Asian version of crumpet. This peanut pancake is topped with ground peanuts and sugar, offering a delicious treat for all.

Kanom Krok is a beloved Thai street food, known for its delightful mini coconut and rice-based pancakes. These treats offer a perfect blend of creamy goodness inside a crispy shell, making them a favourite for many.

Join us for a memorable family/friend day out, where you can learn, create, and enjoy these tasty treats together.

What you will learn

  • Min Jiang Kueh: preparing and cooking for thick and fluffy and also thin and crispy versions
  • Kanom Krok: preparing and cooking the rice batter with toppings

Zaneta is a kueh enthusiast, both in eating and making! She loves sharing her treats with friends and neighbours. She enjoys exploring all different kinds of kueh, kanom, and bahn in South-East Asian cuisines.
