Kick off your summer with a refreshing journey into vegan Asian desserts!
In this hands-on class, we’ll prepare a trio of tropical treats, each featuring the vibrant, sweet flavour of mango. These vegan-friendly, no-bake desserts are perfect for the warm weather, offering a splash of sweetness and a burst of fresh flavours.
You’ll learn how to create:
- Mango Passion Fruit Sago Pudding – A creamy, tropical delight combining mango, passion fruit, and sago pearls for the ultimate refreshing dessert.
- Japanese Coconut and Mango Mochi – Soft, chewy rice flour dough filled with smooth coconut cream and ripe mango for a melt-in-your-mouth experience.
- Thai Mango Sticky Rice – A classic favourite, featuring glutinous rice paired with coconut milk and ripe mango for a balance of creamy and sweet flavours.
These desserts are light, refreshing, and perfect for those looking to enjoy a plant-based treat that’s easy to prepare, full of flavour, and sure to impress at any summer gathering.
This class is suitable for vegans and those with gluten and dairy or egg, soy and nut allergy.

About the tutor
With a deep-rooted passion for food and a love for bringing people together, Kate Ngo is dedicated to teaching the art of cooking and baking in a fun, interactive way. For seven years, Kate ran a successful baking business specialising in macarons, custom-made cookies, cakes, and desserts for all occasions. Her enthusiasm for creating wholesome yet visually stunning dishes shines through in every recipe.
Living with allergies herself, Kate’s recipes can be adapted to be allergy-friendly, including gluten-free, nut-free, egg-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and vegan.
