Do you love Japanese cuisine but feel a bit overwhelmed about making it from scratch at home? Then, this class is perfect for you.
Japanese food is renowned for its freshness and simplicity. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare authentic dishes using the finest seasonal ingredients, while also discovering presentation techniques to recreate the experience in your own kitchen.
At the end of the class, everyone will enjoy the incredible food you have made in a relaxed and informal dining setting, served with a Japanese oolong tea.

Salmon nigiri 3 ways
A trio of sushi: teriyaki salmon, vegetarian and tuna (Or Salmon poke bowl)
Strawberry and matcha mochi

About the tutor

With a deep-rooted passion for food and a love for bringing people together, Kate Ngo is dedicated to teaching the art of cooking and baking in a fun, interactive way. For seven years, Kate ran a successful baking business specialising in macarons, custom-made cookies, cakes, and desserts for all occasions. Her enthusiasm for creating wholesome yet visually stunning dishes shines through in every recipe.
Living with allergies herself, Kate’s recipes can be adapted to be allergy-friendly, including gluten-free, nut-free, egg-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and vegan.
