Join Natalie to prepare and learn traditional cooking techniques to make affordable Middle Eastern staples from scratch.

You will learn the secrets to creating two beloved classics, silky-smooth hummus, and creamy labaneh. Paired perfectly with delicious Za’atar herb bread and Za’atar crisps, Arabic bread that you will be tasting in the class.

About the tutor

Natalie Cossar was born in the magical city of Jerusalem and immigrated to Melbourne as a teenager, bringing along and continuing her stories and love of Middle Eastern cuisine and her Palestinian homeland.

The difference between her and her parents (best cooks ever) is that Natalie will show you how to prepare and present Middle Eastern dishes in a simple, affordable, and delightful way.
