Digital Sisters

Digital Sisters is our FREE program to build digital skills and confidence for refugee and migrant women aged 18 -50 years. Participants are welcome to come along as many times as you need, with sessions held weekly. Sessions are held every Wednesday at YCC between 9.30am – 11.30am. 

The kind of things you can learn:

  • Different areas of digital skills that suit you.
  • Understanding and using Artificial Intelligence (for example Chat GPT).
  • Learn voice assistants and voice typing.
  • Translation applications.
  • Find services available around you, like setting up a myGov account.
  • Learn how to use a desktop or laptop computer.
  • How to better use your smart phone.
  • Learn how to use the internet.
  • Set up an email account.
  • Write a resume.
